Keith and Schnars Announces New Quality Assurance Manager.

Rocky DePrimo has been appointed the new Quality Assurance Manager at Keith and Schnars. Mr. DePrimo is a certified public administrator and contractor with over 30 years of experience in construction/design management, contract interpretation, right of way administration, and change and claim negotiations.

A leading expert in heavy construction projects, highways, utilities, and rail/bus transit facilities, Mr. DePrimo previously served as the Director of Design for the Metro-Dade Transportation Authority and as FDOT District IV’s Utility Administrator/Value Manager. He is the winner of numerous public sector awards, including the FHWA/Highway Utility Program Award (2006), Davis Productivity Award (2006), AASHTO Value Engineering Program Award (2005), and the Florida Utility Coordinating Committee Malcolm Yancey Award (2002).
