Monroe County Selects K&S to Update their Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations Posted on 9/16/2009
Congratulations to the K&S Planning Division for winning the contract to update the Monroe County Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations.
This is a high visibility and controversial project that will shape the future of the Keys – a State designated Area of Critical Concern.
Our Team beat eight other firms, including HDR and Wallace Roberts Todd (national firms). Special thanks go to Jim Kahn, Debbie Love, Michael Davis and the Marketing Team for their work on the proposal. Also, our Public Involvement Team was a major factor in our win. Thanks Kim Giles and Tina Pate.
