Our planning professionals have been involved in a number of planning initiatives that have defined and re-defined the landscape of south Florida, including, most recently, the South Miami-Dade Watershed Study and Plan, an unprecedented 4 year study focusing on land and water use in South Miami Dade County for the next 50 years.  The Study and Plan will gradually, but consistently, restructure the relationship between human development and the environment in south Florida, home to one of the nation’s most important and endangered ecosystems.
