TRI-RAIL CSX RAILROAD SEGMENT 5
|
 Keith and Schnars was a primary engineering consultant to the design/build contractor for the Segment 5 Double Tracking project located in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. Keith and Schnars provided a full array of professional services including drainage and crossroad design, traffic engineering, location survey, station site development, structures, station landscaping, gopher tortoise relocation, permitting, and an environmental field review along the corridor to identify the location of any listed plant and animal species, wetlands and trees. When completed, the Segment 5 project will provide a parallel track for 44.3 miles within the 71.7-mile corridor along with ten new or upgraded TRI-RAIL stations and parking lots. |
