LYONS ROAD MASTER PLAN FOR 7-MILE CORRIDOR ENHANCEMENT
|
 Keith and Schnars developed the Master Plans for this 7 Mile Corridor Enhancement Project. This project includes developing a unified landscape and hardscape treatment, gateway enhancements accenting major intersections and realigning sidewalks. Keith and Schnars developed design drawings for Phase I of this project to include 3 miles of median landscape, hardscape and irrigation improvements. In addition, the firm assisted the City in successfully receiving a FDOT Highways Beautification Grant for a portion of this project by providing project descriptions, construction drawings, maintenance requirements, summary of cost, and supportive text. |
